Going through the car wash is fast and easy. Start off by pulling up to one of our self-serve pay stations. On the screen, select the wash that is best for you. Pay with cash, credit, debit or gift cards. Upon completion, the gate will open when its your turn. Drive around to our wash tunnel where a friendly team member will assist loading you in. Once you have come to a stop, but your vehicle in neutral, hands off the wheel and foot of the break! That’s it! Our state-of-the-art tunnel equipment will handle the rest! Enjoy the ride!

Yes, you stay in your car during the wash process. You are in and out in less than three minutes. Sit back, relax and enjoy the show!

Yes! Our state-of-the-art equipment is nonabrasive, and all our soaps are paint safe.

Why yes, it is. We use significantly less water than if you were to wash your vehicle at home, plus our soaps are biodegradable and properly disposed of.

We do not offer interior detailing, but we have everything needed at our facilities for customers to completely clean their vehicles. Our sites provide FREE vacuums for your convenience. We offer carpet mat cleaners, rubber mat cleaners, tire fill up stations, compressed air (for blasting pesky crumbs from crevices) and vending machines with vehicle care products. These offerings vary by site.

You heard correctly! Our vacuums are completely free to use. No purchase necessary. In a rush? Don’t have time to vacuum and wash the same day? That’s okay, come back another day for the other! Our vacuums have premium suction offering two different types of cleaning tools for cleaning wide surfaces or narrow spaces.

Believe it or not we offer a self-serve dog wash for the pets in our community for an awesome low price! We offer a temperature-controlled room, with a bathing tub for our fury friends. We offer a variety of different soaps from tearless shampoo, oatmeal shampoo, conditioner to flee and ticker remover, and skunk deodorizer. Our rooms additionally offer vacuums, blow dryers and of course free treats to reward your pets.

To ensure that your vehicle comes out clean and bug free, we offer a free bug prep cleaning station. This station consists of a soft brush and solution for you to use on your grill, hood, windshield and sideview mirrors. Take advantage of this great amenity before purchasing your wash. WARNING – Do not use on tire rims or engine bay.

Yes absolutely! We have two types of floor mat cleaners. One is FREE and designed to clean dirt and hair off your carpets. The other is for cleaning rubber mats and that has a small fee. Additionally, we have vending machines filled with all different types of cleaning and detailing products to purchase for your vehicle.

Almost! If you have any questions or concerns about the safety of your vehicle going through, please ask one of our team members beforehand and they will be happy to check if before going through the wash.

We would love to wash your vehicle, but for the safety of our equipment, your vehicle and other customers’ vehicles we cannot wash your vehicle if it has the following:

• Vehicles with excessive mud, rust and/or vehicle damage
• Vehicles with any gas, oil or grease on them
• Trucks with doubled/dually wheels
• Vehicles with low tire pressure
• Low profile cars
• Trucks with beds containing fuel pumps
• Roof racks that exceed 7’2”
• Ladder on top of the vehicle
• Pickup racks
• Bike racks
• Ford Raptors

Our car wash can accommodate most vehicles under 7’2”

The maximum tire width cannot exceed 13”

Yes, you can, but we always recommend you remove them before the start of your wash. We will have to retract our brushes as to not damage our equipment from possibly getting tangled. This means the brushes will not clean the back of your vehicle.

Yes, but all truck beds must be completely free of any kind of debris and/or loose objects. For the safety of your vehicle and the safety of others we ask that you remove all items before entering the wash.

Folding in your mirrors is not required, but we recommend doing so especially on trucks.

Although our wash is very safe, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any of the following items:

• Preexisting vehicle damage of any kind
• Vehicles 10 years or older
• Bug shields or window guards of any kind
• Antennas of any kind including “fin style”
• Aftermarket wheels, rims or valve stems
• Electronic running boards left down
• Windshields, mirrors, or mirror covers
• Wiper blades
• Rear spoilers
• Incidents due to drivers’ negligence
• Incidents caused by other customers
